We currently do not accept insurance, but we can accept FSA/HSA payments.

Absolutely! Our services are designed to accommodate all levels of experience. We provide personalized guidance to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and safely.
Comfortable clothing, a private space. For breathwork I recommend you lay down (floor/yoga mat, bed, couch). Feel free to have crystals or a journal available.
The monthly membership includes 1 group breathwork session, the New Moon session, any somatic movement/mindfulness sessions. There is an optional upgrade for one 1:1 session for additional cost.
