You can be doing everything “right”—
and still feel disconnected from yourself.
Like you’re holding everything together…
but something underneath it all feels off.
Not loud. Not urgent.
Just a quiet sense that you’re not fully here.
This is a space to slow down.
To come back into your body.
To reconnect with the parts of you that have been carrying more than they should.
No pressure to fix anything.
No expectation to be a certain way.
This isn't about performative healing.

You look fine on the outside.
Capable. Reliable. The one people depend on.
But underneath that—
something feels off.
You’re functioning.
You’re showing up.
But you don’t fully feel like yourself anymore.

I guide somatic reconnection.
Not by fixing you—
but by helping you come back into relationship with your body.
Because the part of you that’s been waiting
isn’t in your head.
She’s in your body.
This isn’t about becoming your best self.
It’s not about fixing, optimizing, or performing healing.
This work is slower than that.
More honest than that.
We work with what’s actually there—
not what you think should be.

I came to this work after years in nursing—
holding everything together, showing up, doing what needed to be done.
And at some point, I realized
I couldn’t feel my own body anymore.
I didn’t need more information.
I needed to come back to myself.
That’s the work I hold now.
