Emily is a board-certified coach, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and a nurse who blends somatic wisdom, energy healing and nervous system education into deeply supportive spaces for healing and growth. With a grounded and playful approach, Emily encourages individuals to reconnect to their breath, body and inner resilience. Whether guiding a group breathwork & somatic movement or working one-on-on through her coaching program, she invites each person to slow down, feel deeply and remember their wholeness.
